Help Keep 4LEGSradio on Air

4LEGSradio, the much loved community radio station serving the Lambourn Valley, needs your help.

For years, the station has brought local people together through music, interviews, community news, local events and friendly conversation. Run entirely by volunteers as part of Lambourn Junction CIC, 4LEGSradio gives a voice to the community and helps combat the isolation that can often affect rural areas like ours.

Sadly, the station’s current home is being sold, meaning we must move out. The good news is that we have been very kindly offered a new premises rent free. The challenge is that the new space is currently an empty shell and needs significant work before broadcasting can begin again.

We urgently need to raise funds to create a proper working studio. The work includes installing electrics, repairing ceilings, decorating throughout and fitting carpets and equipment so the station can get back on air as quickly as possible.

As a not for profit community project with no paid staff, every pound donated will go directly towards creating the new studio and securing the future of local community radio in the Lambourn Valley.

4LEGSradio is far more than just a radio station. It is a place where local stories are shared, local organisations are promoted, friendships are formed and the community stays connected.

With your support, we can keep local voices heard for many years to come.
