Racing Welfare moves to new premises in Upper Lambourn

Racing Welfare has moved into a new office at Rowdown Farm in Upper Lambourn, offering a more welcoming and private setting for people working in the local racing industry to access support.
The charity is now operating from Unit 7, Rowdown Farm, Upper Lambourn, Hungerford, RG17 8AB. The move provides modern premises for its staff and visitors, with free parking on site.
Set away from the bustle of the village centre, the new office offers greater confidentiality for racing and stud staff who wish to speak to the welfare team about personal or practical concerns.
Chloe Martin, Racing Welfare’s Head of Community Engagement, confirmed that the team is already working from the new premises, although a few items of furniture are still to arrive.
Visiting the new office
The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. However, as the welfare team is often out supporting people across the local racing community, visitors are encouraged to arrange an appointment first.
To book a visit, call 01488 670034 and leave a message.
The team can also arrange visits to local workplaces. Employers and staff can request these by calling the same number or emailing info@racingwelfare.co.uk.
Support around the clock
Racing’s Support Line remains available on 0800 6300 443, offering emotional support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Callers can also access Racing’s Occupational Health Service or be connected with the wider welfare team for practical support during office hours.
Racing Welfare is encouraging local employers, colleagues and community organisations to share the new address so that everyone knows where to turn when they need help.
