Lambourn Parish Council Meeting Report: Feb 2021

Brian, from Penny Post, kindly summarised the Lambourn Parish Council Meeting which took place on Wednesday, 2nd Feb.

At the meeting Laura Farris, our local member of Parliament, introduced herself, Planning applications were discussed, The proposal for a ‘fun boot camp ‘ for teenagers was considered, a funding request to keep this website alive was approved, out of hour lorry movements at Membury were addressed, a heated discussion about a development in Newbury street took place and an update re the local development plan was discussed. A busy meeting.

Congratulations to Mrs Vicky Rieunier who was co-opted by the Council as a Parish Councillor representing Upper Lambourn.

    All Welcome to join!
    The invitations to the meetings are posted on http://www.lambourn.org 5 days before the meeting. This includes the agenda, finances (what has been paid) and the list of planning applications being considered. The invitations look like this
