The design is not complementary to the context of local residential development. o Should it be approved, then the issues of appropriate materials, scale and screening must be addressed, with the use of TPOs and a 20-year maintenance and replacement condition for nave tree planting. The static caravan in the garden should also be removed. REFUSED.

Proposal to confirm members bid submission for the replacement of the remaining Streetlights in Lambourn to LED. Quotes to be tabled
Proposal from the clerk that the Parish Council first undertake a public consultation on switch off streetlights before actioning. The only option is switch off at midnight and on at 5:30am, as this will have an impact on Racing staff, they should be informed and allowed a response before this is undertaken. The cost is £49.62 plus fitting at an hourly rate.
