  1. Hello from Germany, we are 4 racing enthusiasts and will be at ‘Royal Ascot’ for 2 days (Thursday and Friday). We would like to visit Lambourn and the training facilities on Saturday 22nd June. Is this possible? Not in the stables, but the whole surrounding area. We go to the races in England two or three times a year. My personal first visit to the island was the Grand National in 1978 (Lucius was the winner). We have now visited 22 racecourses in England/Scotland. Is there anything in Lambourn that is a must-see in terms of the town’s racing history?
Best wishes from Germany, Roland Sauskat.
