Mondays and Saturdays Flow for all:
This class is a great all rounder, we focus on breathing techniques for the first 5-10 minutes of class and then ease into warming the body up slowly, gentle stretches and mobility work to loosen the tight areas and tension we all accumulate throughout the day. We then build up into some strengthening poses, balances and twists. I guide you through finding a “flow”, basically finding enjoyment as you move from pose to pose with your inhale and exhale. 
In this class we build flexibility, mobility and strengthen and tone our body and by doing so help ease pain we may be feeling – often for many our Lower back pain, or for some tight shoulder, or tight hips! 
The last 10 minutes of class we end on our backs, slowing the body back down with gentle stretches before we finish with a restorative and relaxing guided meditation.

I teach Yoga for all levels and offer a variation of classes. I primarily teach Hatha Yoga – with an emphasis on building strength and flexibility in equal measure. I also focus on breath work and teaching different tools that can help relieve stress.
All of my classes are currently taught online due to current restrictions, but hope to resume teaching in Halls in the village when it is safe to do so.

I also offer private on-line tuition.
