Market Hair Easter Egg Hunt
Julie Blogg organised a socially distanced Easter egg hunt for the children of Lambourn today. Children, with parents in tow, set off in family groups to count how many Easter egg posters they can find and returned to Market Hair to claim their chocolate Easter egg prize.
“It was a spur of the moment thing.” said Julie “We wanted to do something for the children and it is so lovely to see them enjoying themselves.” Julie added “to be covid compliant we set the family groups off at 3 minute intervals to ensure that the groups do not bump into each other and no-one has to touch anything – it’s just a matter of spotting and counting the posters with the eggs.”
There were smiles all round as children received eggs and parents were presented with a bunch of daffodils. This is the Lambourn community spirit in action – well done Julie!
