Proposal from the Staffing committee to update the existing LPC employment contract to the template recommended by the Hampshire Association of Local Councils (HALC), as part of this process a number of terms and conditions will be reviewed. A vote will be held in this regard.
It is further proposed to amalgamate the policies generated by the contract, as well as existing policies, to create an Employee Handbook.
