If you have driven past, walked past or through the St Michael and All Angels Church, you could not have missed seeing the swaths of yellow. Hundreds of daffodils or previously the Snowdrops which adorn the length of the Church Yard. They are a beautiful sight on a dull day and magnificent on a sunny day.
We have one person to thank for this display…George Bodman.
George has paid for and planted (and also paid someone to help in planting them) hundreds of daffodil bulbs and snowdrops, also providing bulbs for Eastbury. What generosity and a wonderful gesture which deserves a sincere……..”Thank you George”
