On-Line Yoga Classes: Monday Flow for all (all levels welcome) @ ZOOM Meeting - Contact Organiser for details

Mondays and Saturdays Flow for all:
This class is a great all rounder, we focus on breathing techniques for the first 5-10 minutes of class and then ease into warming the body up slowly, gentle stretches and mobility work to loosen the tight areas and tension we all accumulate throughout the day. We then build up into some strengthening poses, balances and twists. I guide you through finding a “flow”, basically finding enjoyment as you move from pose to pose with your inhale and exhale. 
In this class we build flexibility, mobility and strengthen and tone our body and by doing so help ease pain we may be feeling – often for many our Lower back pain, or for some tight shoulder, or tight hips! 
The last 10 minutes of class we end on our backs, slowing the body back down with gentle stretches before we finish with a restorative and relaxing guided meditation.

I teach Yoga for all levels and offer a variation of classes. I primarily teach Hatha Yoga – with an emphasis on building strength and flexibility in equal measure. I also focus on breath work and teaching different tools that can help relieve stress.
All of my classes are currently taught online due to current restrictions, but hope to resume teaching in Halls in the village when it is safe to do so.

I also offer private on-line tuition.

On-Line Yoga Classes: Tuesdays Stronger Flow (intermediate) @ ZOOM Meeting - Contact Organiser for details

Stronger Flow for experienced Yogis 

Starting the class with 5 minutes of breath work, leading into warming the body and opening the body up through gentle movement and stretches. We then focus on moving with our breath through a series of poses that focus on building strength and stability in our body.  We work at a slightly faster pace to build heat and challenge ourselves, however I still offer different variations for each pose to accommodate for all. Always ending each class with a 10 minute wind down and guided relaxation. Ideal for an experienced Yogi who is predominately looking to build strength and progress with their yoga practice.

I teach Yoga for all levels and offer a variation of classes. I primarily teach Hatha Yoga – with an emphasis on building strength and flexibility in equal measure. I also focus on breath work and teaching different tools that can help relieve stress.
All of my classes are currently taught online due to current restrictions, but hope to resume teaching in Halls in the village when it is safe to do so.

I offer private tuition also – however I’m currently doing this online only.

On-Line Yoga Classes: Wednesdays Slow and Restore (all levels welcome – ideal for beginners) @ ZOOM Meeting - Contact Organiser for details

Slow and Restore Class
This class is aimed for those who come to Yoga for relaxation, or want to relieve stress or unwind and intentionally calm the body and mind. We move at a much slower pace, with a longer focus on breathing techniques at the beginning of class, and then move though some deep stretches and poses that we will hold for a longer period of time but with finding comfort in these poses at the forefront of our mind. The class ends with an extra long guided relaxation on our backs so you leave the class feeling completely calm in mind and body. 
This class is available for everyone and is especially good for those new to Yoga to get a slow detailed introduction.
