I will be contacting the Parish Council with the hope of attending the market. I am a ‘local’ blade sharpener based in Lower Stratton, Swindon. I already attend Uffington, Wanborough and Faringdon Markets. I have a Mobile Workshop and generate my electric supply, I also have full public liability insurance. At Markets people generally tend to bring along their garden tools, knife sets and horse clipper blades for sharpening. I offer good value for money, have a good reputation and encourage people to go ‘Green’ and not through their items away but get them sharpened instead.
Is the knife sharpening person still coming to market. Is his contact number aviliable.
