Crafting warmth for our community

There are some people in the Lambourn Valley who are facing a very cold winter, thanks to high energy prices. Warm Lambourn, the newest Lambourn Junction initiative, is for anyone who enjoys crochet, knitting or sewing, where we can work together to make blankets and more for those who need some extra warmth and the support of their community.

While we expect many people will do their crafting at home, we’d also love to arrange occasional in-person sessions for those who like to chat while they work or need a bit of help with their blanket. We welcome all crafters, whether you’re experienced or a beginner, or if you have spare yarn that you’d be willing to donate to help keep our village warm.
