The group classes are for all abilities including complete beginners/horse riders with or without bad backs/shoulder/neck injuries !

Community Yoga in Person and via Zoom - Mon Eves at 6:30 pm
Beginners Yoga - Tues Eve 6:30 pm
Experienced Yoga Practitioners - Thurs eves at 6:30 pm
Jane is also a registered Yoga Therapist. In addition to group classes, she offers Integrative Yoga Therapy sessions to help promote physical and mental health and well-being. Sessions for individuals are run Mon-Thurs afternoons and Wednesday evenings and are highly individualised and are based on the goals of each person. Practices to support these goals may include physical movements (asanas), breath techniques, meditation, mindfulness, talking therapy and counselling, and Yoga and Buddhist philosophy. The talking therapy is based on a Person-Centred approach and integrates other psychotherapy approaches, including Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). A list of the sort of mental health issues that can be supported includes:

• Stress, burnout, chronic pain, and chronic fatigue
• Relationship issues
• Autoimmune conditions and digestive challenges
• Sleep issues
• Bereavement, grief, and loss
• Trauma
• Feelings of overwhelm, excessive rumination, and worry
• Living with cancer and other chronic or life-altering health issues
