I teach Yoga for all levels and offer a variation of classes. I primarily teach Hatha Yoga - with an emphasis on building strength and flexibility in equal measure. I also focus on breath work and teaching different tools that can help relieve stress
All of my classes are currently taught online due to current restrictions, but hope to resume teaching in Halls in the village when it is safe to do so.
I offer private tuition also - however I'm currently doing this online only.
Weekly Class Schedule Via Zoom
Mondays Flow for all ( suitable for all levels) 6:30-7:30pm
Tuesdays Stronger Flow ( intermediate) 6-7pm
Wednesdays Slow and Restore ( All levels- ideal for beginners and for those looking to relieve stress and find some relaxation) 7-8pm
Saturdays Flow for all ( all levels) 9:30am- 10:30am
