Kerry Read is a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, neuro rehabilitation, falls prevention, and return-to-sport rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping people of all ages regain mobility, confidence and independence. Whether recovering from injury, illness or looking to return to activity.
With experience in both NHS and private practice, Kerry works with clients recovering from stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis, as well as those with sports injuries, post-surgical needs or chronic musculoskeletal problems. Her approach combines hands-on treatment with progressive, exercise-based rehabilitation tailored to each individual.
Kerry sees clients at home across Lambourn and the surrounding areas, from her clinic space in Hungerford, or online. She also brings her expertise as a qualified personal trainer, offering structured programmes to build strength, improve balance and enhance overall fitness — from early recovery through to peak performance.
Kerry offers her personal training services to those aged 50 and over wanting to live well for longer. She is passionate in ensuring people stay stronger for longer and not let 'retirement' be an excuse to slow down.
Whether it’s regaining independence after a neurological event, reducing the risk of falls, or returning to sport after injury, Kerry provides professional, supportive care designed to help people move better and live more actively.
